When you make a booking, payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and usage data, to help the site work well and to improve your experience.

We use your information to process and manage your booking and payments; to send booking confirmations, secure access links and pre-arrival information; to respond to your enquiries; to keep records of our correspondence; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

With your consent, we may occasionally let you know about availability, offers or news from The Canopy. You can opt out at any time.

Sharing and third parties

We share your information only as needed to run our business, with trusted service providers who help us operate — including our payment processor, our booking and channel-management systems, our email and messaging providers, and our website analytics. If you book through a third-party platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to your booking. We never sell your personal information.

Our website uses cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to remember your preferences, keep the site secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work as intended without them.

Storage and security
