No, Oneroa village is approximately 15 minutes' walk or 10 minutes to Little Oneroa Beach. There is also a short walk through the bush to a bus stop. If you'd like to explore the island further with a car rentals are available from Waiheke Car Rental (waihekecarrental.co.nz) and bicycle hire from Waiheke Bike Hire (waihekebikehire.com).

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once the balance has become due, the booking is non-refundable in full.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, any payments made in excess of the 30% non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

No — due to the surrounding native bush environment, we are unable to accept pets at The Canopy.

Yes — Woolworths Waiheke is at 13 Belgium Street, Ostend, approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation. There's also a supermarket near the Auckland ferry terminal to stock up before crossing.
